| Basically there are two ways to go in writing a note, the passionate long story or the quick easy summary for the counts. Generally, the political assistants will pull the best articles of the day to be read, and then simply tally the rest. The lower level the office, the more likely is that all notes are read.
All of the people on this list are federal level politicians, who represent Minnesota. For those of us who are NOT political junkies, there are also senators and representatives at the Minnesota state level, which would be a different list!
